The Doctor should be orange
With the new Doctor, came cries again of why he isn’t a woman or why is he black?
One answer: He’s a 1000 year old Alien who travels through space and time.
Do you really think that the universe with all it’s different kinds of intelligent and unintelligent life-forms, gives a fuck about gender and color?
The Doctor is an alien, he’s not bovvered with all our human issues.

You know what I love about watching Doctor Who with an intimate knowledge of British television? Like half of all the actors you know are on the show somewhere, somehow. I mean… Dumbledore, Argus Filch, Madame Hooch, Viserys Targaryen, Ser Jorah Mormont, Olenna Tyrell, Greg Lestrade, Gandalf, the dragon from Merlin… :D
YouTube - we need to take some time out.

Hello Everyone,
I’m too shy to say this on YouTube. But I think it really needs to be said after Chris Kendall (Crabstickz) posted the video ‘Quitting YouTube’, Charlie McDonnell’s (charlieissocoollike) video ‘I am Scared’ and Carrie Fletchers (itswaypastmybedtime) video about her thoughts on Gatherings. We have a serious problem, and if we don’t fix it, we’ll lose out on a website we all love.
Fans are getting too intense. We get so involved in the internet world that we are seriously affecting people’s lives. I understand that we admire them and the internet has given us this medium to gain information or imagine we are involved in their lives. It is an escape. But we really need to take a step back and imagine if people were writing or researching this stuff about ourselves. I know I would be terrified.
The way we comment on Carrie’s video’s saying that her and Alex (Nerimon) are in a relationship is terrible. If they are good for them, if not, it doesn’t matter - that is their business and we need to respect their privacy. They already give us access into their lives by posting the stuff on YouTube. Carrie has previously stated that the way we do this affecting her personal relationships.
Chris Kendall said he found the politics of YouTube self destructive and that he worries that it has become too competitive. Which it has. It is a video sharing website, it shouldn’t be a competition. We shouldn’t compare YouTubers because someone gets more subscribers, or is funnier or better looking. If you don’t like someone’s videos, instead of writing hate comments (even if you class it as ‘constructive criticism’) just leave. No one actually cares what you have to say about this. The actual fans enjoy the videos.
Charlie is a different case altogether, he was so terrified of our opinions that he didn’t want to post on YouTube at all. That isn’t right. We are his subscribers, we are supposed to be his ‘fans’. Why is he scared of our opinions? We shouldn’t be putting his videos down in the comments. Bertie Gilbert (bertiebertg) had serious problems with the hate comments similar to Charlie, they both struggled. On one of his videos Bertie responded to a hate comment with ‘way to kick someone when they are down’.
Open your eyes people. And listen to your parents, if you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.
“The Internet is democracy’s revenge on democracy.” ~Molly Haskell
The internet is like your toilet seat. You’d happily use and dump anything on it until you realized you’re in a public toilet, there’s someone else in the room and the flush is not working.
